1. Acceptance of Terms (接受条款)

By accessing and using the services provided by Dianmang Cloud Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
访问并使用 Dianmang Cloud Limited 提供的服务，即表示您同意受本服务条款及香港特别行政区所有适用法律的约束。

2. Provision of Services (服务提供)

Dianmang Cloud Limited provides internet hosting services including VPS and Dedicated Servers. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services for maintenance or upgrades with prior notice.
Dianmang Cloud Limited 提供包括 VPS 和独立服务器在内的互联网托管服务。我们保留因维护或升级而修改或暂停服务的权利，届时将提前通知。

3. Prohibited User Conduct (禁止的用户行为)

Users strictly shall not use the services for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
- Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email (Spamming).
- Hosting or distributing infringing content (Copyright/Piracy).
- Engaging in DDoS attacks or unauthorized access to other networks.
- Hosting any content that violates the laws of Hong Kong.
用户严禁将服务用于任何非法目的，包括但不限于：
- 发送未经许可的垃圾邮件 (Spamming)。
- 托管或传播侵权内容（版权/盗版）。
- 参与 DDoS 攻击或未经授权访问其他网络。
- 托管任何违反香港法律的内容。

4. Account Security (账户安全)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your server login credentials. Any activity under your account will be your sole responsibility.
您有责任保管好您的服务器登录凭据。您账户下的所有活动将由您承担全部责任。

5. Intellectual Property (知识产权)

All content provided on our website, including logos and text, is the property of Dianmang Cloud Limited. You may not use our branding without written permission.
我们网站上提供的所有内容（包括徽标和文字）均属于 Dianmang Cloud Limited 的财产。未经书面许可，您不得使用我们的品牌标识。

6. Limitation of Liability (责任限制)

Dianmang Cloud Limited shall not be liable for any data loss or indirect damages caused by user negligence or force majeure events.
对于因用户疏忽或不可抗力事件造成的任何数据丢失或间接损失，Dianmang Cloud Limited 不承担责任。

7. Termination (服务终止)

We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately without refund if you violate any of the prohibited conduct terms mentioned above.

8. Governing Law (适用法律)

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
