1. Delivery Policy (发货政策)

Method of Delivery: As Dianmang Cloud Limited provides digital services including VPS and Dedicated Servers, no physical shipping is required. All services are delivered electronically.
交付方式：由于 Dianmang Cloud Limited 提供 VPS 和独立服务器等数字服务，无需实物运输。所有服务均通过电子方式交付。
Delivery Time:
- VPS: Usually provisioned within 5-30 minutes after payment confirmation.
- Dedicated Servers: Usually provisioned within 12-48 hours.
交付时间：
- VPS：通常在支付确认后 5-30 分钟内开通。
- 独立服务器：通常在 12-48 小时内完成交付。
Notification: Once your service is active, the login credentials and server management details will be sent to your registered email address.
通知：服务激活后，登录凭据和服务器管理详情将发送至您的注册邮箱。

2. Refund Policy (退款政策)

Refund Eligibility: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time orders if the service is unavailable due to technical issues on our part.
退款资格：如果因我方技术问题导致服务不可用，我们为首次订单提供 7 天内的退款保障。
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- The service is suspended or terminated due to Abuse (including but not limited to: Spamming, DDoS attacks, hosting illegal content, or IP blacklisting caused by user activities).
- The user has consumed more than 10% of the assigned monthly bandwidth.
- Promotional products, trial services, or renewal orders.
不可退款情形：
- 因滥用行为（包括但不限于：垃圾邮件、DDoS攻击、托管非法内容或因用户行为导致的 IP 被封禁）导致服务被暂停或终止的，不予退款。
- 用户已消耗超过分配的月度流量的 10%。
- 促销特价产品、试用服务或续费订单。
Currency Note: Payments made via Cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to exchange rate volatility.
货币说明：由于汇率波动风险，通过加密货币支付的订单不予退款。

3. How to Request a Refund (如何申请退款)

To initiate a refund, please submit a support ticket via our Client Area or contact our support team at www@dianmang.com.
如需申请退款，请通过客户中心提交工单，或联系支持团队：www@dianmang.com。
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
经批准的退款将在 5-10 个工作日内退回到原支付渠道。

4. Governing Law (适用法律)

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖并按其解释。
